We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12h, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are free for all shipments to Belgium and neighboring countries.
Delivery takes place via the letter carrier or parcel deliverer of Bpost and DPD. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day.Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery but you can follow your order with a track & trace number.
