Reflection period/Return
Sometimes you may want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product, or maybe there is another reason why you don’t want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason….
Once you have cancelled, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your place of residence to the webshop will be for your account. Consult your shipping company’s website for exact prices. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if possible – in their original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@hairmaxlasertherapy.shop. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of reporting your return, provided the product has already been received back in perfect condition.
If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
Exchanging products?
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@hairmaxlasertherapy.shop for this. However, you will then have to bear the cost of returning the product.”
